The 2012 Baselworld show featured this amazing liquid-driven piston and gear driven concept watch from Vincent Perriard & Co. With a suggested price of $45,000, it’s actually a lot cheaper than some other watches featuring one-of-a-kind advanced mechanisms, and it’s believed the use of Fluorescein (the green liquid in the video) in the liquid-driven pistons is a first in the world of horology.
