Having finished off their home games against division opponents in the first half of the season, the Jets start the second half of their home schedule against the Jaguars on November 15. The Jaguars roster may be filled with a bunch of no-names, but they have the potential to surprise people this season. My Madden 2010 simulations have them just missing the playoffs but posting a respectable 9-7 record. They’d probably look like a much better franchise had they not played in the same division as the Indianapolis Colts for the past decade. It’s hard to be successful when your divisional opponents win 11 or 12 games year in and year out. Of course, the Jets have had to deal with the Patriots, so it’s not like our situation is much different.
