Somehow it’s still possible that Brett Favre could be the Jets QB in 2009. I’m not sure how this could happen, considering the way Favre choked down the stretch and is clearly showing his age. I think it would be a huge step backward for the Jets to hang on to such an old quarterback who is probably no better than the average up-and-comer who the Jets could at least hope to mold into a franchise QB.
