Favre has been wavering as he waits to find out if the surgery he had on his arm has fixed the torn biceps problem that he had at the end of last season. Team officials will likely want to see Favre throw a football before they sign him to a contract, although they might forget about that with all the Favre hype. Seriously, when was the last time a team got this excited over a washed up old quarterback? It’s not like he was leading every team he played for to Super Bowl victories every year, even in his prime. He was so-so with the Jets last year playing in an AFC East division that was much weaker than in previous years.
