Andre Johnson Is The Toughest MoFo In Football

Tuesday 27 October 2009 @ 2:13 pm

Andre Johnson proved on Sunday that he is the toughest player in the NFL. After catching a big 44-yard pass on what would be the go-ahead drive for the Texans Johnson fell on the ball, causing a chest contusion. He started coughing up blood and was taken to the sideline. He returned to the game briefly after that, but when he came off the sidelines again the Texans medical staff hid his helmet so he couldn’t go back out on the field. He was taken to the hospital after the game and X-rays showed no broken ribs and his prognosis for next week’s game against Buffalo is good.

We’ve Got Swine Flu!

Friday 2 October 2009 @ 8:53 pm

Texans rookie tight end Anthony Hill has the first confirmed case of swine flu in the NFL this season. He was hospitalized but should be fine in a few days. If you’ve received an autograph from Hill in the past week, it might be a good idea to avoid contact with others and drink a lot of orange juice. Oh, and Campbell’s soup is also quite good.
