has finally received a much-needed special edition treatment
with this 20th Anniversary Special Edition DVD. Heralded in
1982 as a movie ahead of its time, Tron has aged surprisingly
well. Although it did not do as well in theaters as many had
hoped, it inspired a arcade game classic that likely grossed
much more than the movie. The technical advancements in this
DVD are very noticeable. The video and audio are cleaned up
nicely, making the overall film quality much better than it
was in theaters. |
