Mark Buehrle might be the ChiSox ace pitcher, but they demonstrated some surprising depth in their rotation and bullpen in a 2-0 shutout over the Diamondbacks on Saturday. Jose Contreras started and pitched 4 scoreless innings, and Bartolo Colon looked like his former all star self in striking out the side in his first inning and shutting out the D-Backs in his 5 innings of relief. This could be a very good sign for a White Sox team that appears positioned to win the AL Central.
