Just in case anyone out there wants to spread conspiracy theories about Barack Obama not “really” being president because of Chief Justice John Roberts’ fumbling through the oath of office, President Obama retook the oath yesterday in a 28 second non-ceremony inside the White House. Roberts did the honors once again, this time being slow and careful with each word. Multiple government officials were on hand to witness the event.
